Lloyds Banking Group is the new name of Lloyds TSB Group after it acquired HBOS Group plc on 19 January 2009.
One in three British people bank with them, making it the largest retail bank in the UK.
With art direction by Martin Brown of Wolff Olins, the identity is heralded by a new logotype that takes stylistic reference from signage on the very first Lloyds building. The famous black horse has been redrawn to achieve a more naturalistic appearance.
